So much easier to use.
For a number of years I've used a small cast iron skillet to "bash" chicken breasts or pork chops into cutlets, but it wasn't ideal. Enter this Aliglow tenderizer. It is far easier to use than the old skillet, it's well balanced, a nice weight, and the cutlets are far more uniform in size. And it takes less time. I couldn't be happier with this item. Give one a try.....

Its suppose to be stainless steel but…
I spent more on this tenderizer because it’s advertised as 304 stainless steel but after one cycle in the dishwasher it came out rusty. What gives?

Worked as expected. Good weight- not to heavy but solid. Worked great on chicken.

A much needed kitchen item
My daughter’s school had a zoom cooking class and we needed a meat tenderizer. I ordered three different ones and this is the one she chose. It was easy to use and to clean.

It's a hammer to beat your meat.
I bought this because I needed to beat my meat, and it seemed perfect for the job. It is stainless steel. This is important. Do not buy anything other than stainless steel. That includes aluminum, which also oxidizes and looks like crap in a few years.
