I like the quick cook feature where you push one button to start cooking, 1-5 minutes and the +30 sec. I would have preferred the turntable recessed into the bottom as shown in most websites pictures. Unfortunately, the design has changed and the turntable is above the bottom. I spoke with GE, very helpful, and was told this version is the newest and may have changed due to problems with the old design. Aside from the raised turntable, I am very happy with this microwave.Beach Camera was very responsive and I would not hesitate to order from them in the future.

I purchased the microwave for a rental house and so I haven't personally used it. It was installed three weeks ago and the tenant reports that it is working fine. It is way too soon to give this product a rating. Ask me in two years and I'll have a better idea regarding my satisfaction with the unit.

Replaced a similar GE unit that failed after 12 years of use. Replacement did require changing the mounting bracket which was a surprise to me being from the same manufacturer. This unit works as expected but the fan is louder than our previous unit.

Looks good. Generally does a good.job. More steam accumulates in this one compared to an older version. Had to drill new holes to install and template not real easy to work with .

Fit right in the space of my old micro. Easily installed. Does a great job at everything. Very quiet. The control panel is well organized - easy to use. Hope it last longer than my last one. It's a pain that you can't get repairs on Micros.

Great microwave but noisy!

I haven't turned it on yet. Evidence of accountants gone wild - this thing has been "cost savings" into utter worthlessness. Everything about it exudes cheapness.Start with the mounting bracket - a single piece of sheet metal across the bottom of the back. All the structure depends on two wood screws. There are only two top mount screws (the previous ones had three). They are so far forward on the chassis I nearly had to put them through the face of my cabinets.Let's talk about the door hard ABS plastic structure. It sags on the hinges and the latches don't line up. The vent of my old oven is a distant memory- just holes. I does have a two position surface light, but there is no insulation so if it is on the higher setting the bottom of the oven gets hot. ...burn your hand hot.Why bother to waste a perfectly good piece of (really, really thin) stainless steel on piece of garbage? I'm not disappointed, I'm outraged. I don't have it in me to knock it down at the moment but it is embarrassing to have in my home. Coming back at ya. They can put in the dumpster at Kohl's.
