One Cup Stainless Steel Tea Stick Infuser by Gamila

I read the reviews, I had seen this one in the stores prior, and admired the quality. It arrived and I have made several cups of tea with it. Now I am a traditional drinker, just leaves in the cup, but after a few complaint of not properly cleaning the cup from the Mrs, I decided to give it a try. It works fine, cleans up easily. I seen the negative comments about sharp edges, and leaves leaking into the cup, as far as sharp edges, I am smart enough to just file them, but I did not find any sharp edges which would cut me. As far as particles in the cup, nothing more than small pieces one would expect with any infuser or tea ball. So maybe if you are that type of drinker, stick with bags. The tea was nicely infused and great. Cleaned up nicely too.

I have purchased several kinds of tea infusers over the years but this one by far is the most user friendly, well made, and elegant. It defines 'form follows function'. Yes, the most expensive I've bought but worth it. Have purchased several as gifts. Heavy gauge stainless steel won't bend w/o effort (most are so wimpy); curved handle at the top DOES NOT GET HOT (all the others I own do); and it makes a nice scoop, easy to use. Purchased the first one to test for myself at a local store, loved it, then bought one as a gift, but now saved 4 bucks each at Amazon to send two as a gift and get another for myself. Yes, you might get some fine leaves in your cup but that's true of any infuser I've used depending on how fine the tea leaves are.

Good tea infuser. Easy to clean in dishwasher... does get tea stains, but cleans up beautifully with stainless steel cleaner.

We've had a plastic version that they made for over 5 years and have loved. My dad has been jealous of it for quite a while so we bought this stainless version as a gift.

The best tea steeper I have. Tried all of them, this one easy to load and use. Very sturdy too.

A knock off that will one day cut my finger.
