One works, the other doesn't.
I've ordered two of these and I was happy to have one to work but sadly the other one doesn't work at all. The one that works is great and I used it for my kitchen.

I use this to dangle bright leds over my vegetable seedlings with an appropriate extension cord. The prongs have plenty of grip to hold large fixtures with some weight. But it won’t hold a small led in your wall socket.
