Knit PicksBrava Pink 100% Acrylic Sport Weight Soft Yarn for Knitting, Crocheting, Knitting Machine use, Light Weight Yarn for Baby Items (Cotton Candy)

I use this yarn as my go-to basic for my family, in this particular case for a workaday, rough and tumble sweater for my niece's teacup chihuahua puppy. It is a good, machine washable, lightweight yarn, not too shiny, and neither too harsh nor too mushy soft. Very middle of the road, but it is a good road.

Very unhappy with this product. I says "sports weight" in the description, but says #2 (which is more fingerling weight) on the package..... BUT the feel and texture is worsted weight! it is not soft nor when I worked a swatch, the same size as my REAL #3 yarn that I was trying to match it with! I would NOT buy this product if you are expecting a nice soft true sports weight yarn to work with.

I am thrilled to see Knit Picks on Amazon now. Sometimes you just need a small batch of yarn and don't meet their website price for shipping. It's great to be able just to get a few things and have it delivered quickly. I love it!
