Great Set
This arrived pretty quickly, and the thread is perfect. I bought it for use on a very old woolen cape, and the thread is indeed sturdy enough to hold up. You get a LOT of thread in this box, too. Great buy. Would buy again. Thanks!

Good Linen Thread
Sometimes you just have to have natural thread for a project. Especially if you are doing a historic reproduction polyester thread just won't do. This is very nice linen thread. You get it in 3 colors. It comes pre waxed. I rubbed a bit more wax on just because I wanted to but it would be fine as is. Glad to find a source for linen thread.

Good product, but pricey
Good quality thread of course, but don't be fooled by the photo. I thought the spools would be large when I ordered them, but they're just as large as normal sewing machine thread. Also keep in mind that the 20 yds goes by FAST, or at least for me it did.

Works well for basket weaving
I like that this is a package of three colors. This is the third time I have ordered this wax linen and it works will for my basket weaving projects.

Great Thread!
This is my go-to thread for sewing in signatures in my junk journals. I love waxed linen thread because it doesn't slip when knotting. I've tried several other brands and this is, by far, my favorite.

Sturdy but thick
Sturdy but thick. I have to use my largest needle which means punching large holes in my books which doesn't work depending with all book sizes or designs. Have to use wisely, can't use if I can't punch the awl to the hilt.
