Great for a home sewing kit
I needed to expand my home sewing/repair kit beyond needles and 3 spools of thread and needed to keep track of all of the extra buttons I have that came with our clothes. This works well for everything I now have - needles, buttons, snaps, safety pins and many colors of thread in the divided sections on top β scissors, velcro, glue gun, etc. in the large bottom bin. The larger thread spools (1.5 inches wide) fit well in the top section and still allow the lid to close. In the middle section they impede the top tray. It's a generous size without being cumbersome to carry or store. The closure seems solid and secure.I didn't need the stickers so I gave them to a neighbor girl - they don't say they are acid-free so I would use them for anything archival.

This is a good craft box for little kids to hold stickers and ...
If you are a serious crafter, this will not contain your needs. I fit a few small bottles of acrylic paint, some paint brushes, some glitter containers and that is about it. I went out and bought a tool box from a hardware store to store my glue gun, scissors and fiscars, glue sticks, glue, felt, pom poms, pipe cleaners, etc.. This is a good craft box for little kids to hold stickers and matchbox cars. That's about it.

no funny (often ugly) color choices like some of the other ...
Overall product is exactly want I wanted. Completely transparent plastic all the way around, no funny (often ugly) color choices like some of the other toolboxes out there. Functions well and the trays move automatically with opening and closing of the lid. The hinges for moving the inner draws are not *quite* as strong as they could be so the draws will twist sometimes when moving the lid, but they settle back down when you stop. Time will tell if that causes them to wear out faster, I guess... I did have to lock the external hinges of the lid into place myself, but I expected that after handling similar boxes in big box stores, so I imagine it's just how they all ship. Not entirely sure why it comes with stickers, but I'll give them to a friend who has some children to enjoy them. :)Also, since dimensions were the most important factor for me, I figure I'll share more detailed ones than the product description provides. Internal: 5.25"H x 12" L x 6.5" D (front to back). External is basically the same, but add a quarter inch all the way around for the lip where the lid sits on the base. Middle draw is 7/8" H x 10.25" L x 5 5/8" D. Upper draw is 7/8" H x 10.25" L x 5 3/8" D. Bottom draw is 3" high. Upper drawer is split into three compartments, one long way that takes up half its depth and goes all the way across the back, then two smaller ones with a split between them about 2/3s of the way across, making them an 8" and 2.25" drawer each. Middle drawer is five compartments, the four outer ones are each 2" wide and run all the way front to back, the middle one is 3" wide and also runs all the way front to back. Now it's time to load this thing up and go crafting!

Well built, sturdier than the current kit and kaboodles.
I bought this to use as a "Kit and Caboodle," like I had in the 80s for my make-up. It's well built, and honestly a bit empty since I don't wear much make-up. However, I want to start being a bit femme and wearing more make up, so I'm going to get a few other items to put in it. I'm probably going to buy two more to use as my "medicine cabinet" now that I have a roommate and thus can't use the actual medicine cabinet for meds. The stickers were a fun bonus, and I plan to pop them in a package to send to my great niece who is 2.5 years old.01/30/17 UPDATE: I've had this for a few months, and I'm still pleased with it. I decided not to re-purchase this item but to instead look for two larger ones for my "first aid" kits. I was shocked to discover that all the little make-up bags I had actually filled the fake-kaboodle so quickly! It is a good sized crafts tackle box, and the different rays are useful for holding lipsticks and mascaras and eyeliners and lipliners and such. However, they are fairly flat and not all mascaras and lipsticks fit. I'm still happy with the product and am searching for the same brand in a larger size for my other uses. If I need another box this size, I will definitely buy this one. And again, the stickers are a cute but completely unnecessary addition.

... as soon as you put a few pencils and fun little crafts in the sections
It falls apart as soon as you put a few pencils and fun little crafts in the sections. You can't get it back together. The plastic is flimsy! It's dissapointing to spend money on cheap crap. The thing will hardly hold the cheap stickers it comes with.

The compartments are nice and it does fit in color pencils
I was hopping it would fit more! The compartments are nice and it does fit in color pencils, markers, erasers and pencils. I bottom part of it has stickers and kid scissors. Overall, it does keep it organized for me when it comes to getting art and crafts items for the kids.

It came in a box and was nicely wrapped in plastic
Arrived promptly. It came in a box and was nicely wrapped in plastic. The pretty stickers it came with were an added bonus. I use it to store teaching supplies. The compartments are handy. My only qualm is that the plastic lever that secures it shut doesn't close easily.

Good design but cheap quality
Good design but cheap quality, for the price I expected a better quality, I guess it's ok but I don't think it will last long
