After having such a great results from Opus Health's Phytoceramides I was very excited to try their Astazanthin. I ordered this product with pretty high hopes and it STILL exceeded all expectations! Great aid to help me round out my nutrition, I defiantly don't get a lot of microalgae in my regular diet and don't like fish or crustaceans so this product was an absolute god send for me. My joints don't crack in the cold or first thing in the morning anymore, I also feel a big difference in my digestion for the better. Pills didn't cause any gross burps or bad breath like other softgells I have tried. Before taking this I always thought morning stiffness and aches were normal, THEY'RE NOT!
