Socket Safety Covers; 100 Count

They did the job. I don't know anyone who actually needs 100 of these, but it was the cheapest most realistic thing I could find online. They have worked great for several months now and have worked with 3 different sets of light sockets in the house.

Product description was not on the page. I had to guess based on the other reviews. I needed these to fit out door lights and there were too small for my project. I took longer than 30 days to return so no I am stuck with 100 of these things:)

Just a heads-up: this product does NOT fit all C9 sockets. It is not a tight fit on those it does work with. It fit the lights that I ordered from Amazon (Novelty Lights) but not the ones I bought from Lowes.

These worked well for me. I purchased outdoor string lights for my gazebo and I wanted to take the bulbs out around the corners so that the heat of the bulbs didn't create a fire hazard on the gazebo fabric. They went in easy and worked well for me. Only complaint is that there wasn't a smaller package available for purchase. I needed about 8, so I now have 92 spare pieces that will probably be in my tool box forever.

I love the concept but these safety covers take ALOT of effort to fit them on to the strand. The are too small for the size suggested.

Bought the G40 String Lights from Brighttown on amazon and had about 20 lights that I'm not using at the end. These caps worked perfectly! Fit like a glove. Also, shipping was quick.. a couple of days!

Does not work with LED lights. Will not fit over the led bulb.

A bit pricey, but viable alternatives out there in bulk.
