Got this for my hair but my nails are in better shape than they have been in years.

I've been taking this for about 3 years, since I first noticed gray coming in at the temples plus some sprinkles in the top of my head. After about the first 10-11 months I could see that the new graying had stopped but some older grays were still there. This product will not reverse existing gray hair to its original color. But as new hair comes in, it comes in at my original color, which is a mousey light brown. Three years later, there is still a bit of gray at the front temple hairline, and a few sprinkles, but not as much as before. No new gray has appeared. My very fine, thin hair grows slowly (maybe 2 inches in a year), so for someone with fast-growing hair, you may notice good results a bit faster than I did. Just be prepared to give it a year to see results, keeping mind that this affects only new hairs.

I brought triple 000 size to put these double 00 capsules inside. I am finding it difficult to find "00" acid-resistant capsules to fill Catalase powder into. Catalase needs to get into the intestine. I am hoping that by double capsules it will be more stomach acid- resistant. I also ingest the caps in the early morning , empty stomach, less digestive acid then. By doing this saves time and Money.

I was developing gray patches/streaks in my hair, but did not want to go the hair color route as a continual solution, as I've never colored my hair before.In March 2018, I began taking Catalase Extreme 10,000. With the Subscribe & Save savings I was willing to invest for the 6 months to see if it would be a more natural solution than coloring.In the meantime, I also began using "Just for Men Control Gx Grey Reducing Shampoo, Blonde & Medium Brown" as a short-term fix until the catalase could get into my system. I used JFM once a week for a month, and then every other week thru mid-August (5-1/2 mos on catalase) when we went on vacation and I stopped using JFM. I didn't want the hassle of taking an extra shampoo bottle and it was a good time to stop and see if the catalase was doing anything on its own.As it turns out, I am pleasantly surprised that after a month of using just Catalase Extreme 10,000, my gray patches/streaks have not returned. While the gray is not completely gone (wasn't with the JFM use, either), it is significantly less noticeable than it was at the beginning of the year.I am going to continue using just the Catalase Extreme 10,000 and see if these results improve/hold up over time, but so far, the 'take for at least six months for best results' seems to be accurate.**UPDATE**After finishing the six months (jan 2019) I decided that there was no improvement. Have stopped using and will not buy any more.

I am taking it for almost 6 months I am very satisfied with the results. My hair is more beautiful, with a wonderful bright - many people noticing it. I realized the results after the first 3 months, noticing that the quantity of white hair had a small decrease. And after that, every month I see an improvement and my hair is slowly becoming black again. I strongly recommend it! My doubt is if I should keep taking it even after my hair is totally black again or if I should stop. By the way, is there a recommended maximum period of time to take it, or can I take it indefinitely. It would be nice to have reviews/ recommendation or studied if pregnant women can take it. I did not read anything about it, but I think it would be a very welcome information for women that have plans to get pregnant. Rgrds

I still agree with my original review years ago that this will help you have healthier and thicker hair. I don't think this will ever fully eliminate gray hair, but I do think it at least slows the onset of gray hair, and I have noticed a few follicles that were going gray have come back in color, BUT... a hair follicle that grew as original gray, will stay gray till it stops producing hair. (this is all my opinion. My brother is almost entirely gray, and I've stabilized for 5 years now at 3-5% gray hair. If I keep taking this another 20 years, it'll be interesting to see results after 20+ years as long as they keep making this item.

I have taken one bottle of this supplement and i can see results already! There is a slow return of pigment to my grey hair. I dont know how much more pigment will return but I am pleased. I look at it this way, it took a long time for the color to leave my hair and its worth a 12 month trial to see how much returns. I am sure the longer I take this the more color I will eventually see. For those that only give it one bottle, have some faith. WORTH THE MONEY.

I used this product for a couple of years, and then when covid hit and it was hard to get orders promptly, I stopped using it. 10 months later now that I haven't been using it, I realize how good it really was working! My hair does not look nearly as good since I have not been using this. I have re-ordered and looking forward to getting my hair looking good as before!
