royal jelly,plant oils, gelatin, mineral oil vit E, glycerin, purified water,isopropyl myristate ,mica titanium oxide , fragrance, propylparabn,It doesnt say as to how many IU, but I have been using it for 2 years and it works very well for my skin.I use it before i go to bed

I don't know if they are made in the USA or not BUT it's a GREAT product and I use it all the time.

Q: Can I put it in my lotion

It's not the kind you take internally, so I guess you can put it in your lotion. I just pop the little tab off, squeeze it into my hand and apply like lotion.
