Ordered my normal size and it ran a bit large, I suggest ordering one size small.Great quality for a non-wool version.

I measured my head, which was 58cm, exactly. I ordered that size, but it's a tad too snug. I advise people to round up to the next cm when ordering. They do have a really good return/exchange policy, so I would have given it 5 stars all around, otherwise.

I have been interested in ordering one of these caps for awhile. I have a cap in this style that I've owned for many years, but it's a bit tight now. I wanted an authentic Greek cap, which is definitely the case with this one. My main hesitance was in sizing. I need an extra large size. I ended up ordering a 7 5/8. It fits a bit snug and I could have probably used a 7 3/4, but the upside is it won't blow off in a stiff wind.The negative to this cap is the vinyl sweatband. The description says leather, but it is vinyl and thus isn't absorbent. It's going to promote sweat. Putting a vinyl sweatband in a cap of otherwise good quality is shoddy and absurd even though it is nice vinyl. The same can be said for using a cardboard reinforcement rather than thick fabric. I hope this cap lasts for many years. We'll see how that works out.Shipping was exceptionally fast and GreekInternetMarket gets my best recommendation.

Shipped promptly, and for free. Quality was better than expected. Holds its shape and is lighter weight than the same hat I have in wool. I think this will be cooler for summer wear - so I now have two hats by this maker. Can't believe the quality and look for the price. Great value. Hat band always arrives a little stiff. Be sure to remove the loose cardboard but leave in the stapled molded one that is part of the hat. Feel free to bend into shape of your head. It will feel more comfortable.

The 6. 7/8 fits my 6 7/8 head. I got the cotton fisherman's cap and love it. Perfect for cool San Diego nights; the wool would be too hot here. The cotton looks great -- was afraid it would be awkward cut or cheap material or construction, but it's really nice! The braid and satin ribbon on bill look great. I got black and recommend it -- I think the "navy" is not really dark from pics I've seen. This is the cap I know and love since I was a kid.
