First of all, you do not need box springs with this mattress as long as your bed frame has good support for it. It arrived very compact in a tall skinny box and it's heavy but I was able to get it in myself so it wasn't too bad. Once you open it up and let it expand you have a big thick comfortable bed in no time. It takes a couple days to fill out fully but you can sleep on it the day you set it up. It's excellent for a bad back and it molds & conforms to the shape of your body when you lay on it so it's very comfortable. I got this one as a gift for for my adult daughter and she is very happy with it.

I was concerned about quality control for this mattress as I had read that some people received it with scratches or burns, and for another buyer, the matress took forever to get to its appropriate form. But I received a completely fine mattress. It took maybe like 10-15 minutes for the mattress to form. I love the packaging as it is convenient to make it around through tiny places, and then the unpacking was super easy. The mattress is super comfy. It's my first time trying gel foam and so far I've enjoyed it. Delivery was on time.

The bed is comfortable but it was only 7 inches.. so that was a little sad. I had a add a mattress topper to get it to what I needed.

Loved this mattress when we slept on it at an Airbnb. Messaged the owner to find out where he purchased and definitely thought it would be a pricy name brand mattress. Love the firmness of this mattress which keeps my back feeling great all night long. Excellent price point too!! It’s a lot “thinner” than our old mattress on our platform bed. That might be an issue for some.

This mattress did not completely rise. The middle is 9 inches the bottom is 5 inches the top is 8 inches. I left the mattress to rise alone in a room with the window open for 48 hours, it was 1/2 way there. Then another 24 hours. After 1 week, it is still not even. I don’t believe the word firm should have been used at all in describing this mattress. It is no where near firm. It’s comfortable, I’m not sure how well my back will do after a few months on such a soft mattress. In all fairness, I would not recommend this mattress.

We bought this bed for a guest room and we buy a $2k bed for our own room. Sadly for us this Amazon bed is way more comfortable we slept in at the first two weeks while we are waiting for our bed to arrive. Amazon pulled off some magic here and made one of the most comfortable beds in the world for a really good deal.

My daughter loves this mattress! I was a but apprehensive about it bc we weren’t able to lay down on it before purchase. Turns out it’s firm but not too firm , just enough that she wanted. I highly recommend this, great price. I’m buying another for the guest room.
