As filters go, there are only a few criteria: Does it filter out particles well? Does it clean easily? Does it last a long time with proper care?Yes to all 3. Couldn’t be happier with the performance of this filter. I’ve had about 6 of these so far and none have been faulty.

This filter replaced my old Hayward filter. It is much cheaper and is well built. It should last a year like the other. I am very happy about the product so far (2 weeks after install).

I had been buying/using Pleatco replacement filters, but the quality seemed to decrease while the price increased. The Pleatco filters just didn't seem to last very long and were really hard to clean. This is my first Toread replacement filter and it seems to be better made than Pleatco. So far it's been easier to clean. Two of the three inside plastic center rings/guides came off, but I think that was my fault for not getting the tall rod centered before forcing the filter down in place.

Better prices than the local market price. Works great.

It's durable,easy to clean, and flows better than any filter I have used. I clean pools for a living and have tried everything out there and this one puts the rest to shame. I clean 50 a week and this filter holds up to the wear and tear. It's the easiest to clean and it flows better than any other I have used. I give it a 10. Thanks Toread.
