Product maybe OK, but packaging sucks.
If I could rate lower I would, not necessarily for the buffer itself but for the way it was packaged. The extremely poor packing job resulted in half the machine missing through a big hole in the cheaply made box. When I contact Amazon to get a replacement, they told me it would be at least two months.
