Nervous to try REMANUFACTURED ink
I did some research and decided to try it. I’m a Prime member so I knew I could return the ink if there was a problem. However! I was surprised and happy that not only did the remanufactured ink work, it saved me a lot of money. I will go this route again!

The 63XL Tri-Color Cartridge possibly defective? No!
Palmtree Remanufactured Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP Ink 63 63XL Ink Cartridges Black and Color for HP Envy 4512 (1 Black 1 Tri-Color). When it came time to use the brand new Tri-Color ink cartridge, the printer indicated that the cartridge was defective. After unplugging the printer to reset memory and cleaning the cartridges, the Tri-Color began to work. So, not sure what the problem was, but I am a happy camper now.

Integrity and helpful 4.5 stars
The color cartridge worked perfectly. I reported issues with the black cartridge and Palmtree was quick to respond with helpful suggestions. When the strategies were unsuccessful, they offered and I accepted a very reasonable partial refund. I would order their products again. They are very good to deal with.

Easy printer install and acceptance
no issues with older printer accepting this cartridge, refilled genuine HP. So far the ink is good quality and even pictures look fine. Can't comment about number of pages yet but so far, it is all good.

Works well so far, HP 3800, as advertised
As advertised. These cartridges are a great value compared to HP originals. So far they are working perfectly. I cant comment on the longevity as I don’t print much and they still appear as full. I purchased a similar product of a different brand and got a cartridge error after a month or two. Amazon helped me with a return and I got these instead. So far they are working as advertised.
