It is a green powder you can mix in with anything but I usually take it in water and usually neck it down but in any case, you can decide how to take it. The taste is not very nice but consider the multitude of benefits it provides.

Timely delivery and amazing value for money. I have only been taking this for a few days but there are already some effects. Firstly, wow what a colour! Looks and smells like I've just mowed my lawn. The taste, well its as you would expect, wheat and grassy. I have found it does not mix too well in thin fluids. I've tried with cold water mixed with my favourite squash for a more palatable experience, tasted ok but was rather grainy. I also have tried in warm fruit tea, mixed better and apart from slight grainy texture was rather enjoyable 1st thing in morning. I am yet to add to smoothies and the like. All that aside I have felt great all day with higher energy throughout the day with no afternoon slump and has eased my digestive flaws in a gentle effective way. Will absolutely continue to experiment with this product, I am excited to see what long term effects await me.
