Northbound Train Super-Tough Headlamp Hard Case, Ultra-Light

I bought this to hold my head light while I walked the Camino de Santiago Frances ! It hung on my moxchilla (backpack) through mud, rain, wind, sun and did exactly as advertised. It kept my headlight safe! I will use it for my next pilgrimage next year! Well done!!

Poor stitching on the loop that holds the carabiner. After few weeks of using it, it got detached from the case. Needs improvement.

good stiff and roomy. holds headlamp and extra batteries and easy to hang on my pack for easy access or on the tent so i can easily find at night.

It’s what I expected, good case

The fit of the actual two piece clamshell unit casing could be a little bit better. It functions as advertised and does supply decent degrees of light in ALL three lighting modes. Its functional learning curve is at mid-level. Suggest that it be carried in its own hard case to prevent it accidentally being activated if flopping around loose in a backpack!

Perfectly fits my Northbound Train Headlamp! It has a great rugged design. The added carabiner is nice, it allows me to quickly attach it to my backpack. Has a plenty of room, will fit most average headlamps. The interior features two mesh/elastic pockets - one on either side (see pic) - perfect for extra batteries. Can be used to safely store other small breakables. If you're looking for a small, durable case then I highly recommend this product!P.S. They have great, friendly and prompt customer service!

Gave it to my boyfriend for Christmas, by the first week in January the middle light stopped working. How embarrassing. BTW. the company website for Northbound really stinks.

Brilliant little carry case for my head torch. Looks like it should be a boon, and able to carry spare batteries. Let’s hope it lasts a long time.

Good head lamp case. I bought it for a Black Diamond Revolt, and it fits easily. It's quite expensive for what it is, but it is well made.
