Q: Is this the same as the cafetto cleaning powder that came with my breville barista express bes870xl? Says malic acid 30-60% and sulfamic acid 10-30%.

Works the same. this product is more crystal like rather than powder like. I think it actually works better.

Q: Received box has listed ingredients: citric acid 30-60%, tartaric acid 1-10%. Individual sachets say only *tartic* acid 5-10%. Could sachets be fake?

It is not Fake , I am looking at this now and It is as you say.
