I bought this because I needed a bag that let me be hands free, yet also looked like a nice purse. This bag was so much better than I expected. It's really well made. Can fit a tablet. Has good pocket space. When it's worn as a backpack, it feels practically weightless.

This bag is so beautiful - but unfortunately, the straps are a nightmare. They don't stay AT ALL when you adjust them - I have to adjust them multiple times in half an hour when just walking around the grocery store. It's frustrating because everything else about this bag is lovely - but the straps are important.

Good quality for price. One draw back is that if you use as crossover or longer strap and you open up purse, contents tends spill out

I really want to like this purse, but I just can't. The straps never stay in place. If you wear it as a shoulder bag or cross body before you know it, it's down to your knees. The size adjuster rings just slip. And they don't always slide evenly so then when you get frustrated and try to put it on as a backpack sometimes it hangs crooked because one is half way and one is all the way slipped. When the rings slip the bottom of the purse gets all scrunched up and makes it look weird and lean forward. The flap doesn't stay shut . . . it's frustrating! I made myself keep trying it for two weeks thinking I'd figure out some trick or learn to like it, but I just have not. The idea is great, the delivery is not. I really wanted it to work so I'm so disappointed that i can't easily flip it to the backpack. It does usually stay in backpack position fine if you get it properly set up. But that is if you never want to get into your backpack or switch it and in that case I would just buy a backpack. I bought it for it's convertibility functionality and it just won't work for that and definitely not as a shoulder bag. :(

I love the look of this bag and carrying it as a backpack. This bag sucks if you want to carry it as a crossbody. It does not work well at all as a crossbody, that’s the only negative thing about this bag.
