It's okay
It's okay. I haven't felt energetic as some of the reviews I read and the capsule is so big, it's a little difficult to swallow. I have noticed my skin (face) starting to look better. Not as much acne & my rosacea isn't as bad as it was. Haven't noticed any changes with my hair or nails.

Needs to be a better way of shipping
Package arrived but all the tablets are stuck together inside the bottle so I can't get anything out. Needs to be a better way of shipping. Bottle is now completely useless
