It makes a difference to your body, This is a very good product for eliminating sinus problems. Shaklee's alfalfa is the best because of what they use to make these pills and the quality control they use in its production. This bottle got rid of my sinus problems, The price is too low for the quality, so I snapped it up.

I've been using this since I was a kid. I am a collegiate athlete and have a very busy lifestyle. For a few years I didn't take it and when I would start exercising for long periods of time, I would feel sick (headaches and fatigue) and run down. SO amazing! I had a huge dip in supply and saw a lactation consultant, she gave these to me at her office to help increase my supply, something about drawing water from your body. I take 10 a day with water and noticed my supply was back up to par within 5 days! So once my smaller bottle ran out, I ordered a new one from Amazon! Seriously a lifesaver, fed is best but during a formula shortage, Im trying to avoid making the switch!
