I ordered this for my daughter in law for her birthday and the way it was packaged was very poor! When you buy a charm from the Pandora store you get a nice box, this came with a very flimsy piece of paper you are supposed to fold into a box it was awful….not up to Pandora standards! Disappointed to say the least!!!!!!
