Great coffee

This is our preferred coffee.

Product is easy to use and great when only one person drinks one cup of coffee a day. Flavor is good but no where near what a fresh brewed pot of coffee is. I buy because of the first sentence.

My wife’s favorite coffee, dark roast and good flavor

I have tried at least 20 different brands, strengths and flavors of coffee in my Keurig brewer and found that this is my favorite. This blend is dark, but not bitter, and has a rich taste that stands up to milk or cream, for those who want to use it. I'm fond of drinking it black. Another plus for this brand is that you can use the largest size cup setting and still get a nice, rich drink. I've noticed that some coffees have a watered down taste if you use the large cup size.There is one drawback that all of these plastic k-cups have, regardless of brand, and that is that they are plastic and I feel uncomfortable using so many of them because I know I'm clogging up the landfills. If these came in a recycled cup, I would give this Folgers product five stars.I did find one brand here on Amazon -- San Francisco -- that offers k-cups that use less plastic. These have a plastic ring around the top, but the sides and bottom are made from some type of recyclable mesh that looks like a typical coffee filter. The coffee isn't as good as the Folger's Black Silk, though, so we alternate, one box of Folger's to one box of San Francisco.

I'm so glad I found these kcups. I've been drinking the Black Silk for years and suddenly my grocery store stopped selling it...I didn't know where to find it, I searched everywhere then thought of Amazon..Very happy and will definitely be ordering it again.
