The labels are great. The template did not come through with the first email from Amazon, but I found it on the website after emailing the company asking for it. The company responded within a few hours and sent me the templates. When I had questions about the templates, they responded equally rapidly and followed up with a check up email. I have to say their customer service is great and I will be trying some of their other products.We printed our first labels today and the results weren't too bad. The labels themselves are awesome, just struggling with formatting.I finally had to create the label in photoshop, then rotate it and cut and paste it into word as I wanted the labels to read length-wise.The lines shifted very slightly every row of labels, so the last row had a bit of the label cut off. It was imperceptible on my trial sheet, but noticeable on the actual label. I think the page needed to be turned 180 degrees. So, I need to fiddle with formatting. But I will say the labels work great and are easy to apply. I was pleased to find the the tamper-proof tab is effective, but does not make the tube difficult to open or close.

I really, really like these. I have tried two other chapstick labels and they are not as nice. These make the colors pop, they look profession, they have the seal, it's a nice soft matte... The down side is the template is atrocious to use. I found if you select all and then select border-all, the lines appear so you can tell where the label will print. Just remember to take the border OFF before printing! The other downside is this is no longer available for prime. I will not pay the extra cost for shipping, so I am going to go elsewhere until I see these back on prime. Then I will gladly return to ordering these. They are by far my first choice! Very disappointed that I need to order more labels and I am not ordering these. :(

Great quality and adheres really well to the tubes. I made homemade lip balm and wanted to label the tubes for gifts. I wasn't the neatest when making them and tried to wipe the tubes prior to applying, but wasn't able to completely clean them off. Definitely worried, because of the potential for the beeswax and coconut oil to affect the adhesive, but all of them stuck well and none peeled. I also really like that they have the extra lip to go on the cap to show that they haven't been opened yet.You are able to download a template from their website to print out the labels. I would practice a couple of times on regular paper to make sure you have everything lined up right. Also, the left and right side overlap slightly on the standard size tubes I used, so make sure to account for that and not put anything right on the border.

Love the quality of these. They come in sheets of 12 and have a high quality sticky that fits perfectly on a standard chapstick tube. The safety seal is actually perforated so it will tear easily when opened. I haven't tried yet but you probably won't be able to remove these from the chapstick tube to recycle as it's a very strong adhesive.The template is pretty challenging to use. I created artwork for my tubes with an image and background so creating the copy on the word doc wasn't an option. It took a lot of time to re-position the art so it fit perfectly on every sticker. I also did probably about 5 print tests on regular paper holding the stickers up in front of the prints to make sure everything was on the sticker and nothing got cut off. At the end of the day, if you print it backwards or off the sticker, it's user-error so I give this 5 stars.

The labels are good quality, print nicely and are easier than I imagined to line up correctly. I have the same issue that everyone else had, which was the template. I didn't have any trouble locating the template, as the company was kind enough to email me and direct me where to find it, but I found it difficult to edit. I printed one page first to see how they turned out, and I'm glad I did, because the black lines on the template didn't line up with the labels on the page. I took some measurements and made my own template, which works fine, but I can imagine that anyone who doesn't know how to do that would be very frustrated with this product.

These labels are of good quality and will do the job! They peel and stick well without tearing and didn't annoy me in any way. It took a bit of finesse and trial-and-error to get my labels to line up with the template, but I don't blame these labels, or even the template. First off, I found my desktop printer had mild inconsistencies from print to print. Also, I was trying to use an image design that took up the entire label and needed the outline to line up pretty closely with the label. I really recommend designing something that is not too sensitive to precise printing (e.g. keep text away from the edges) and if you create a background fill (as we did), be sure to extend it far enough over the edges of the label so you don't end up with white lines. All that said, if I end up needing such labels again, I will definitely re-order these!

These labels were exactly what I was looking for. They are high quality and worked perfectly with my Brother laser printer.I purchased these and another brand of lip balms. I removed the labels from those balms and added my custom printed labels. They are so cute!It took awhile before I finally mastered the placement of the perforated seal, but I got the hang of it and they look great.The template was easy to use, though I did forget to delete the black outlines on my first printed sheet. This was my first time using the online Google editing feature and I found it to be very straightforward. I downloaded the PDF after editing and printed from Adobe Reader. Make sure to set your output quality to "High," your paper type to "Label," and your feed to "Manual" (if possible).I'm very happy; thanks!
