Two Penny Games The Amberden Affair

I am obsessed with this game! I have played it will 3 people and with 6, it is fun no matter what! It's definitely a little more chaotic (in a good way) when played with 5 or 6, but the mechanics of the game really do a great job of keeping everyone engaged even if it's a small number of players. I've recommended this to everyone I know (and forced many friends to play it - much to their delight). I describe it to friends as "Clue on crack" or "Clue meets Downton Abbey The Game" - usually gets people's attention!My only criticism would be that the art is a little muddled, and can hurt the game's mechanics. There's a little too much emphasis on cool font, making the order cards hard to read. When I play with new people they have a hard time grasping the color coding of items/people/locations because it's a bit too subtle I think. But this is a minuscule problem in a game that has everything else worked out so wonderfully!!

OK YALL LISTEN UP. THIS GAME IS LITTTT. I CAN'T IMAGINE A BETTER GAME TO PLAY WHEN YOU'RE JUST CHILLING WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS. IT IS A LOT OF FUN AND I'M STILL NOT OVER IT. YOU CAN PLAY THIS WITH OUT EVER WANTING TO STOP. I'M SERIOUS, IT'S GREAT AND I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY LOOKING FOR FUN GAME TO PLAY. YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!! (Small Tip: some of the rules are confusing. They don't really make sense and I feel like whoever wrote the rules didn't think things through. For example, if you don't complete your order 1 round, you get -10 pts. The rules say that this, however, doesnt apply to the Miscreant Imposter. IF IT DOESNT APPLY TO HIM, THEN WE WILL ALL KNOW WHO THE MURDERER IS RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE THIS PERSON DIDNT RECIVE ANY PUNISHMENT FOR NOT COMPLETING THEIR ORDER.)
