I LOVE this stuff. I've used this for over 20+ years. Found it at a Surf Shop in Destin Florida when I got so sun brunt because I fell asleep on the beach. The very next day, the redness and tenderness of the burn was gone. So of course I returned to the shop and purchased all they had on the shelf. This spray is great for everyday use as a light moisturizer and flying bug repellant. YES, I use it to repel flying bugs...doesn't work on ants. I get attacked by Mosquitos almost all year in Texas and this does keep them from biting me. My routine is spray everyday in the morning and go. When I do all day activities in the sun, I spray this on after my SPF dries. If I'm tanning by the beach or pool, I do sunscreen, tanning lotion and then spray this allover. I don't get sunburns anymore. Just try it once and you will definitely keep it in your skin care routine.

This stuff feels great on sunburn and seems to make it heal more quickly. Expensive, but great stuff.

This is my third order of this since I discovered it ! It is a perfect after sun spray or winter skin after shower spray. It smells great and stops me from peeling when I get a slight sunburn ( I try to reapply spf to avoid that but I’m not perfect) this stuff is fabulous and I 100% recommend it for beach vacations !!!

I discovered this product 6 years ago while in the USVI. After coming from New England and realizing you DO have to wear sunscreen when you’re that close to the equator even if you never burned before, I went to a surf shop to get some aloe/after sun for my burn. The heat and humidity would cause me to break out in a heat rash if I applied lotion and wanted to avoid spending the rest of my vacation peeling. A store employee recommended this product and my life has changed since! I did not peel! I’ve since purchased 20+ bottles since that trip to moisturize in the summer without worrying about getting a heat rash and soothing skin that may have got too much sun. Now I live in CO and in the winter I like to spritz it on my face to give a little more moisture in the dry winter. Cannot say enough good things about this product and will continue to purchase.Pro tip- keep it in the fridge in the summer. SO refreshing!

Great product have been using it for years!

Last year before a vacation to the Caribbean I read through a ton of reviews on all brands of after sun products and came across this one. All reviews mentioned how it wonderfully it works so I had to try it out for myself. I was so impressed on how moisturizing it is and what a light and fresh lavender scent it has. What really made me a fan was the fact that if I applied it to red, sunburned skin it would take the red out by the next day AND I never peel if I use it. This product is a game changer for sun worshippers like me. It’s now the only product I use.

I ordered Solar recovery based on referrals from the beach community. I was pleasantly surprised because the scent is very mild and non-oily. The spray immediately absorbs into your skin . I took it to the beach and sprayed it on my skin before spraying on sunscreen and then sprayed it on my skin after showering to help with preventing sunburn . I will say I never burned and only tanned, which is not normal for my fair skin .It's also great for your hair and as a humectant for your face, after your normal cleansing routine . I would definitely buy it again once I run out .

I got this cause everyone on ticktock said it helps immensely when you get sunburned. It’s cooling yes but doesn’t heal a sunburn like it was suggested. Not bad though
