I purchased this book hoping to find resources for working with students as we transitioned into distance learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It exceeded my expectations! Although I mainly work with elementary-aged students, these worksheets are appropriate for middle and high school students as well! The activities and worksheets are complete and ready to go. The topics range from recognizing trauma to empowering students to engage in self-care. I am using this workbook now and look forward to using it again in the Fall! These worksheets can be used individually as needed or as a complete unit. Many thanks to the authors for this excellent, timely resource!

Great book for kids who are adhd or struggling emotionally. My kid is really learning some great stuff from this book.

Gosh, what an invaluable resource! This is PERFECT for any therapist but especially important for any adult looking to do their own inner child/inner adolescent work. I'd say great job to the authors. My only wish is that this book came in spiral bound for easy photocopying of exercises.

Good and important book content.

Very easy to find what you need and in some cases find what you need but did not know you needed (my teachers will understand). Great resource. I am very happy with the book and happy that I bought it.
