The first thing you will notice is how super-light weight these mugs are! Yes, they weigh next-to-nothing compared to your regular coffee mug and that’s because they are made from borosilicate glass meaning they can be thinner than regular glasses without compromising strength. You’ll also notice that they are sleek, stylish and possibly something you've never seen before. The double wall is hand-blown (as you can see from the little ‘imperfection’ on the bottom where the glass-blowers straw was inserted. The cavity of air between these two walls insulates the mug. The double wall is not only an attractive feature but it also means your coffee will stay hot for longer in the winter or summer, or maybe it’ll be your iced-coffee or beer that stays cold for longer, and without condensation! I'm very pleased with the quality
Arrived early. I got these because they are light weight. I'm very pleased with the quality. They keep coffee/tea hot for a long time, and they are microwave and dishwasher safe. Big plus!! I will order more for myself and for others.

Fractured after pouring hot tea.
It couldn't handle hot tea. After pouring hot chocolate in it the top part of handle fractured . It doesn't expand and contract properly. Disappointed

Really nice double wall glass thermo bistro mugs
Really nice double wall glass thermo bistro mugs. They are lightweight, dishwasher / microwave safe, and it's great to be able to hold the mug with hot drinks and not feel it through the double wall glass.

Problem with water seeping into the double wall
These glasses look great, my only complaint is that one leaks water into the wall of the glass which looks dreadful and builds up condensation within the double wall of the glass. I have tried to pull out the silicone stopper at the bottom but it still won't drain.

Condensation Forms - No Customer Support
Do not purchase these! After the first use of one of the glasses, condensation formed between the glass panes. I do not have a dish washer, so this was hand washed and never submerged in water. Tried contacting the company, but their website is completely non-functional. Couldn't send in a note to them or post a review. (Hints why there are zero reviews posted on their site.) No way to get in contact with them to replace the faulty products. If they had a means to do so and showed that they cared about their customers, then I would have given these more stars (maybe 3). Product itself is very light weight and therefore can give the feel of cheapness or that it is not glass but plastic.

Great product at a good price!
I bought these as I wanted a double skinned glass mug to see the results of my colourful attempts as a barista and to gauge the strength of my peppermint tea as its colour developed in the cup.( OK, I'm a wee bit of a sad geeky fella but please don't hold that against me! ;-) )I was a bit wary as I had previously had larger sized (and a tad pricey) product from another company that came in a pack of 2 and I had managed to break one pretty easily whilst making my first cup of coffee. Anyway they were really a bit too big for my preferred coffee fix and in fairness I may have been treating them without enough deferential respect!I hadn't heard of Molmo before and the price was a good chunk lower than my previous purchase so my warning flag was waving gently especially as my artistic director (she who must be obeyed etc ) thought I was off my trolley.Anyway despite the warning flag, I took the plunge and placed my order for the Molmo mugs which were delivered promptly.They are thin and feel nice and light and do the job well.They continue to, 1) look good, 2) keep my drinks hotter ( and probably colder although they've not been in my possession for a hot Aberdeenshire summer as yet) than a single skinned cup/mug 3) let me see the layering and colors of my brews. 4) have survived my cleaning processes both in and out of the dishwasher.They have a thicker rim than some drinking vessels but no more than some of my mugs.I do treat them a bit more gently than I would a ceramic mug but not any gentler than I do my drinking glasses.I think they're a good product at a much better price than other makes of double skinned mugs and would definitely buy them again.

Would have given zero stars if I could!
These mugs are dreadful. I’m still waiting for a replacement mug for the first one that took water in between the two walls, and then a second mug did exactly the same after the first use and wash! They look as though they've been washed in dirty water. I haven’t used the other 2 mugs from the set as I’m pretty sure they’re going to do exactly the same! They’re not cheap so I expected much better quality from them but I would definitely not buy again. The pictures are of the 2 faulty mugs which were washed weeks ago, yet you can see the water still between the 2 walls.To be fair, the customer service I received from my initial complaint was very good, however the replacement from 12.4.20 has not arrived.

Nice looking glasses but very fragile and not dishwasher safe
I thought at first these glasses were the perfect solution. They look a good shape and size and are very light. However I soon realized how fragile and and impracticable for normal use they are. They are light because the glass is very thin. The first time I washed one of them in the dishwasher the bottom smashed despite them described as dishwasher safe. I have since been in touch with the seller, and full credit is due here, who is going to send a replacement. The seller has warned about washing at too high a temperature in future. With hindsight I think actually it’s more likely the drying heat that has caused the over pressure.I think therefore I shall either be washing these by hand or using the top drawer of the dishwasher. I don’t expect to own them for that long anyway as they really are so liable to be accidentally damaged.UPDATE AUGUST 2019True to the sellers word a replacement was sent. However this and the remainder have now all been broke. Far too fragile

I really like that you can hold the outside of the mug
This is the 3rd batch of these mugs I have bought. I really like that you can hold the outside of the mug, due to the double wall, it doesn't get hot and the drink inside stays warmer for longer. They look very stylish. They are lighter than you'd expect, so worth warning guests otherwise they get put down heavily! We've had a few breakages so far, mainly due to dropping or something falling onto them. One mug the handle detached slightly and water leaked in.

Look elsewhere.
Sorry folks, don’t like giving bad reviews, but these are not fit for purpose. Three out of the four cups have broken seals and are now full of dirty water between the walls. I purchased some Bodum ones and they’re still perfect after a similar amount of usage. Spend a bit more and go for Bodum. A total waste of money sadly.
