Best cream I have ever bought
I’m 65 and have old acne scars and scaring from a severe burns from a sun lamp in my teens. This cream has done more for me in two weeks than using the brand name products in 6 months. It is smoothing out my wrinkles and removing the scars. I also have those small fine-lines around my mouth and deep frown lines between my eyes and those seem to be getting better also. My Mom told me today that my skin looked good and she never says a thing. She noticed my eyes being smoother too. I noticed a little irritation after about 10 days, so I went about a week of not using it to settle things down. I think it works so fast that your have just need to be careful if you have sensitive skin. I never thought of myself as having sensitive skin, however my Dermatologist told me I did, and not to use Retina, salasitic acid or vitamin Oils. I love this cream so far. I wish I would have taken pictures of my before and after. I have a brown patch on my wrist that I’m going to try it on with a before and after….. so I may post additional information.

Ease of use
I have had a scar for almost a year now and this cream was perfect for it! I loved how easy the directions were to follow and the cream didn’t have a bad smell like I typically find.

Wary and Cautious but have not written it off as yet.
I bought this product but now I am skeptical about even using it because some information was not disclosed in the description of the product and its usage and you don't find this out until after you buy it and it is inside the box. This review is just to give potential buyers more information before they purchase.1. You have to do patch testing for allergic reactions, this could occur between 24-72 hours.2. You have to do patch testing on your face or chin for breakouts, this is applying the cream for a week to determine if your skin will breakout. For a 1 oz/30ml jar, how much is left to apply to the desired area if there are no breakouts?Usage: For severe scars it should be applied every four hours, for moderate scars it should be applied every morning and evening and for mild scars once a day.So, depending the severity of your scar, consider how far a 1oz/30ml jar will take you.It advises that during the process of use the aging scar tissue with severe scars will appear gray and brown but you must continue to apply cream until scar is partially blackened and crusted THEN you stop using the cream for 7-10 days to avoid giving burden to the skin. After 7-10 days, the scarred tissues will become crusted around the gray and brown areas and the skin may fall off! This makes the skin become lighter and shallower.During the process, do not scratch the scarring area with your hands or it will cause skin damage. Let the scar tissue fall off naturally. If the scar is severe, repeat the above for 2-3 cycles, one cycle is about 25 days and after the first cycle you have to wait for the scar to become shallower and the skin to become brighter toward the normal skin color before starting the second cycle.Again, I would question how many of these 30ml jars are required if they are talking about multiple cycles in addition to patch testing for a week.I have not started using this as yet because I was concerned about the area turning gray and brown and then eventually black and skin supposedly becoming crusted and falling off as my scar is on my face.Hope this information helps buyers to make a better-informed purchase.

Decent cream, hoping it will finish off this 2-year-old scar.
I've tried three different scar gels/creams. I'm comparing this with a gel I got from the same seller, "Murasaki Silicone Scar Gel," which so far has been my favorite scar product. The gel worked really well at first in terms of reducing scar tissue, but lately it hasn't been helping with that, though it has been helping my skin feel softer and less irritated. (More below.) This scar is now almost two years old.First of all, I like the container with the wider open lid so I can just dip in unlike the other product that has a pump, where I can't see how much is left or always control how much will come out. There is a slight scent. I'm sensitive to a lot of cosmetics scents, but this is very light, just barely under what typically will bother me.It's a new product and there hasn't been enough time to tell if this works better to remove the scars. It does seem like it has more active ingredients than the gel, which is just silicone. This has a lot of herbs and a few chemicals. The instructions warn of possible dark spots but that hasn't happened to me.On application, there is a slightly sticky residue which goes away after a few hours. That's the first reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5, because I hate sticky residue. The second reason is that the gel seemed to leave my scar feeling softer. I have a huge scar across my whole chest from a mastectomy, which sometimes starts to feel dried out or brittle or slightly itchy or irritated. I like that the gel reduces that feeling a lot, leaving the scar feeling soft to the touch. After a couple of days with this product, the cream, my scar doesn't necessarily feel soft to the touch, but it does seem to be losing its raised quality, that is, loosening up and going down. It also feels a little tingly on my skin after a few minutes, or even very slightly burns. Maybe that means it's working? Time will tell if it can do a better job long-term than the gel has. I'm hoping it will finish the job that the gel started. For a brand new scar, I'd go with a silicone gel, but for older scars this may do the trick.

It works well.especially with sensitive skin
The cream is very good.It cleared my sun scar melasma from day one I started using it I started seeing some some changes of clear skin.i have bought it 3 times now because I didn't have a break out and it's now my everyday cream for my face.i wish it came in a big jar of cream .I need it in a large quantity I don't mind paying huge amount for it because it's the only cream that has worked for me since I have a sensitive skin.even those expensive cream in the market I have tried all of them and when I use them I have eczema or patches and breakout but I never experienced it with this cream.i hope the company will continue making this cream and make a big jar of it I will buy than coming back every two weeks to buy.i don't want to ever run out of it.This is my honest review

Packaging moulding on arrival
Before purchasing I read the reviews and was worried about the reports of mouldy packaging and cream but was spurred on by the reports of the cream itself. Whilst the box that the cream arrived in, was obviously damp on the exterior (once unwrapped from the plastic), the exterior of the jar and the cream itself look unaffected. I’ve wiped it down with disinfectant and will try out the cream for a few weeks and see what happens to my scaring from recent and older surgeries.

what a disgrace
when we got the package, the outside of the box was ok but when we open it inside the box was the cream and what was surrounding it was mold.
