Wore if for one hour of exercising.....NO SWEAT. Thought maybe the sweat on my forehead and arm pits was sucking it away from my abs, so I wore it to bed, woke up in the morning.......NO SWEAT. So I must conclude that the person in the ad must have sprayed water on his abs or the water drops were added later. In any case this device does not product the volume of sweat shown in the advertisement. It is really too thin to work as described. Perhaps it does produce perspiration, but the material is so thin that it drys up. Does not product website displayed results. This is JUNK and the seller will not fully refund your purchase price. Don't understand why Amazon allows them to advertise on their webpage. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Hope that helps.

***(UPDATE) so it’s been about over a month sInce I’ve started using this and I have had amazing results. Using this everytime I hit the gym 5x a week ive lost 15lbs. It’s helping tremendously with my cutting goal.***normally use the sweet sweat waist shaper but they continuously fall down in bunch up when exercising or doing anything with a lot of movement in the gym so I took a break from wearing it. I got on Amazon and saw this one and decided to give it a try and I absolutely love it!!!!! It says that it’s going to make you sweat and that it does I love how it goes seamlessly underneath my gym clothes so it doesn’t look like I’m bulky or bloated as most sweat trimmers or waist shapers have that tendency. I did order one size down because I found at the large did kept sliding and slipping if I was doing squats or any type of activity where I was bending or twisting so just take that into consideration to go one size down if you want a tight snug fit. It will make you sweat alone but I pair it with my sweet sweat gel and it gets the job done.

If you are 221lbs and have a waistline of 36inch. I would recommend of buying at medium. The large is somewhat snugg ,but I have a waist trainer. So it will fit not so tight after I put on my waist trainer. The item fit good, you can put any choice of fat burning cream and definitely get some sweat in. This is so much better than wrapping your stomach up everyday.

First of all, this product is a total rip off!!! It looks nothing like the picture and it is so small a child can't even wear it... this is a large and a it wouldn't even fit on my thigh, far less fit my waist. I'll be needing a full refund, please and thanks!🤬🤬🤬 I gave it one star only because I had to... 0 stars from me

Did not like the day that I did not get my purchase because of some problem that was not explained and being told that my act will be refunded in 2-5 days. Then I go back to possibly reorder and now the price is higher. Not happy one bit!!

Just wish they were a little larger and didn't make you feel like a sausage link.

I have tried many of these sweat belts/sauna belts. This is by far my FAVORITE! Now, I did buy the mens because it appeared longer in the torso and cover that "pouch", you know what I'm talking about ladies. I have a 46", a (prior to using this belt) 33" waist and a 36" bust. While the medium fits my hips (NO ROLLING!!!), it is a bit large around my rib cage. So, I just tuck it into the band of my sports bra, problem solved. When I take this off it is such an invigorating feeling seeing ALL the FAT TEARS and it is A TON!!!!

I'm a woman who bought the Men's version based on other reviews from the brands website. I have been using this daily for just over a few months now while walking the dog or running errands only, no strenuous exercise. It hasn't made me lose weight but it's definitely changing the size and shape of my mid section (tire) and makes me sweat. Since I've actually seen a noticeable difference and it's not just in my head, I will continue to use it and likely buy the next size down soon. I would suggest ordering a size smaller than what you think you need, it does stretch, I did this based on other reviews and it ended up fitting perfectly snug like I wanted.

Excelente calidad del producto y buen diseño, no sabía que se podía sudar tanto en tan poco tiempo. Solo una aclaración compré el XXL y tengo 108 cm de cintura y me quedó grande, aún así es muy buena.
