Balmoral Side Plaques Mailbox Post Package -Black

The mailbox arrived quickly and was packaged well. The quality is exceptional! This is a classic example of getting what you paid for. It's a show-stopper, for sure. We bought the black finish and we love it. My husband had it together and in the ground in no time. I purchased the matching post collar and monogram medallion, both of which added a really nice touch. The side plaques ARE included with this purchase, and so easy to order. The order form came in the box, and it can be emailed for fast service. The monogram medallion for the door was a few bucks more. Go big or go home! ha ha. Really, it's such a lovely addition to our home. I am impressed! PS. I don't know why anyone would give a bad review if they didn't get all the pieces...it does arrive in more than one box, sounds like a mail carrier problem to me! Mine did arrive all on the same day, but I would have waited and contacted the company if I didn't received something. When I called to add the medallion, they answered immediately. This company answers their phone. 5 stars!

Beautiful mailbox - a true, instant upgrade. Easy to install IF you read everything thoroughly a few times and watch videos. Consider using quick setting post foam as an option to concrete. The vendor has amazing support to get your side plaques if the order form isn't in the packaging.
