Good price - plug n play
For the money spent and quick delivery to the door, you can’t go wrong. Here is how to do it yourself in 5 minutes:1. Gather up a couple small flat screwdrivers and one regular sized flat screwdriver. A pair if needle nose pliers, and a locking clamp plier (vise grip) or hemostats.2. Remove the outside rubber cap/covering on the old switch.3. With your small flat screwdriver, insert it under on edge of the old switch just enough so you lift it a little.4. Using the larger screwdriver, place it into the little gap you made and give it a little prying twist up. It should pop up half way.5. Use the needle nose to rotate the switch so you can pry out the other side, then gently pull the switch out ~ 1-1/2 inches max.6. Lift up on the colored wire harness lock tab and remove the old switch.7. Place the vise-grips/hemostats on the lock tab to keep the wire harness from sliding back into the hole.8. Line up the groove slot on the new switch with the wire harness connector and push it in place so the lock tab is engaged. You should hear the window lock engage and the window open.9. Relieve any kinks in the harness & switch, then push it into place. Thats it. Done.

A little different design then original but fit fine
Has a little different design like others have mentioned (no rubber cover, just a hard plastic button) but was pretty easy to install and works fine. I think it will outlast the rest of the vehicle.

It works like it should - Plastic cover should last better than the original soft rubber one.
Price was right to try this over OEM part and I think the more plastic-like button cover may last longer than the original soft rubbery cover that deteriorated and let my button fall out. Watch the online videos on this repair - it's a little tedious to get to old one out but it can be done without disassembling the tailgate trim. Took me about 20 minutes to complete the fix. So far it's worked as it should. We'll see if it withstands the tests of time and use.
