To start off, I'd like to say that I received this product at a discount in exchange for my review... just want to be 100% up front.When I received the product, I immediately opened it up to get started. To say this is simplistic would be an overstatement. In the box is two wheels, a bar, a "knee mat" and some slide on handles. That's pretty much it. There were no instructions that I saw, but let's be honest, if you can't figure out how to put this together you probably have bigger things to worry about besides fitness.This thing really works you out. There is no resistance down and no "help" to get you back up, just you and your abs doing the effort.I took off one star due to the advertised price point. While I appreciate the simplistic design it seems that it would be more in line with other comparable units I saw on Amazon that are closer to the $20 - $25 price range.With that said, if you are wanting an ab work, this thing will get it done. My belly felt more like jelly after only a few reps.

The rollers are gapped so far apart that youll hurt your back. Dont buy

Honestly this thing isn't special. It's a simple ab roller. It should be priced less though compared to other amazon models.

I was provided the product at a discount for an honest review and I really like it. I personally own the Golds Gym Ab roller and it has slowly degraded over time. I checked out this and was pleasantly surprised. Not only does it come with a mat to place your knees "which comes in handy" it feels sturdy and rugged. My Golds Gym roller doesn't feel as solid in comparison. After having this for a few months I actually got rid of my Golds Gym roller and primarily use this now! I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to tone up and get some noticeable definition!

My husband is in great shape, exercises regularly, lifts weights, ect. He did not expect this little wheel to be so much work for him. The first time he used it, he did 5-6 full extensions (attempting to get to 10) and said it was an absolute ab workout. The next day he could really feel it in muscles that normal crunches don't allow for and now LOVES it. The product is extremely easy to assemble and came right on time. I did receive this product at a discounted rate for my honest review and this is my honest review -- it works! Enjoy sore abs :)!
