the set came pretty much as what's been shown in the product description. if you are like me, hesitate to get a set of dumb bells, there is definitely a nice replacement you could think about. you could easily train multiple parts of you body with them. those resistance bands are especially in good quality and can be stretched a lot without worrying about it breaking up or something.

The only thing I can say is that it is a little hard to do the main exerciser is a little short and doesn't have the right amount of resistance. Haven't used the bands as much having trouble finding the right. Love the other gadget for chest exercises. All in all worth the money.

Love this set and will be able to accomplish what I have been wanting for my body. Great variety to do different thing and strengths with the resistant bands. It even cam with a holder to hold all of them.
