Works Great and comfortable
It stays hot better than other products and is very comfortable to have on. The bonus is that it’s washable. Fantastic product, and I have purchased many other brands in the past.

Good relief for tense shoulders
This provides gentle, sustained heat to sore or stiff muscles. Great at reducing muscle strain after a day tied to the computer on conference calls. I would have given 5 stars if the pits were divided evenly in three or four sections. They all tend to move to one side or the other and you have to adjust.

The long one is unwieldy & difficult to get beneath my neck. I wish I would have gotten the shorter one.

Can’t have too many!
I love the heat packs. I started with one and am up to 5 now. They provide a moist heat which is great. Love the scent as well. My favorite is the flax/pit mix with lavender. While I cannot use my FSA card for it through Amazon, it is a covered item and you can receive a reimbursement for it.
