Great solar panels in California
I only had these solar panels for over a week, time will tell if the quality is good and they can last. These solar panels here in the inland empire in California batteries get to 100% by 8:00 AM or before.I have the Arlo Pro 4 XL Spotlight 3 Camera Security Bundle with the hubThe system is working great thanks to these solar panels I don't have to remove or connect an extension to recharge my XL batteries to the cameras, I still have to connect a hard drive to the hub, because I'm using the cloud storage trial from Arlo, but I'm not trying to pay their high prices for cloud storage.I'll update this review after six months or before to report problems or quality issues.I have to be honest the Arlo camera system is very expensive for the amount of cameras that get you for your money! The night vision from the cameras is not good, I have some other $20.00 cameras that have great night vision in comparison to the Arlo cameras that are not good at night. For now enjoying these solar panels and these panels may be the only reason that I'm keeping the Arlo camera system.

Quality Product
The solar panels were easy to install and keep the Arlo cameras charged. There have been no issues with them being in the weather. Will buy again if we get more cameras.

Decent Product But Felt Cheap
I used this item with my Arlo Ultra 2 cameras purchased at Costco.Overall the item was decent, and fairly similar to the Uogw brand. I ended up buying this and the Uogw brand as I had 8 Arlo Ultra 2 cameras at the time. In the beginning this product worked quite well, but after a few days I noticed the charge was not consistent, ultimately slowing to a crawl. One panel would charge the camera at a decently pace, while the other required the camera to be turned off before it could charge effectively. For security camera purposes this is not ideal. Additionally, the mounting bracket is plastic and felt relatively cheap. When securing it for use, I felt the plastic was going to bend and break a number of times, but fortunately it did not. The bracket also felt awkward, giving the impression that I could not properly angle the panel towards a given direction and would instead need to secure it exactly where I felt it needed to be.Pros:Decent product for the priceCharging was relatively quick when cameras were turned off completelyStrong magnet easily secured to camerasLong cable allowing for easy placement of panelCons:Mounting bracket felt cheapMounting bracket difficult to angle towards sun (required the bracket to be secured exactly where you believed sun would provide most energy)Charging started fast but slowed after a few days. Would charge when cameras were turned off completely.

So far so good - Impressed with charging rate
So far, very impressed with the charge rate of these panels. Due to the location of the two cameras I wanted to use these on (between buildings) they only gets direct sunlight for approximately two hours, so I was concerned these would not be able to top off the main camera that gets moderate use, it will often use up about 15% of the battery in one day, so much for the '6 month battery.' These solar panels so far have topped off the secondary camera every day, and usually tops off the main camera, or comes close. It also indicates its getting a charge for hours after direct sunlight, which is a nice surprise. Obviously it'll be a much lower charge rate, but anything helps. We also had one overcast day, and I believe it charged the battery around 7-8%.FYI, the main camera typically gets about 8-12 triggers a day; I have it set to record until motion ends. It's also linked to my Alexa system, so I sometimes use an Echo Show to stream the camera at times during the day, for example if I'm expecting a package.

Game Changer
These solar panels are a lifesaver. They keep my cameras constantly charged. It saves me from going up my ladder every couple of weeks to manually charge the batteries in my house. I am very happy with my purchase.

Hit and miss.
Was replacing older Arlo solar panels and wanted to save some money. Panels need a lot of sun to charge and most of the time the cameras report [Unable to charge the battery Connect to a compatible Arlo Charger.]

High mounted Arlo Cameras stay fully charged.
Love the fact that I don't need to unmount the cameras or to climb up a ladder to charge the batteries.

Kept Cameras Charged through Barrie Winter
I installed these last October in Barrie Ontario on Arlo Pro 4 XL (larger batteries). I can confirm that the panels do NOT charge when they get too cold - about 0C - unless there is enough sun to warm the panels above that. Put it this way, when below 0C, if the sun is strong enough to melt the snow on my roof, these panels will charge some. So, while the charging was intermittent, I did not need to recharge any of the batteries through the winter. If your cameras record more often and/or for longer than mine each day, your experience may vary. For my use, these panels do what I need. The cameras themselves shutdown at -20, of which I wasn’t aware when I bought them, but we didn’t have too much of that this past winter.

Great product, good value
Works exactly as described to keep the batteries charged at 100%. Much better idea than getting magnetic charging cables where you'd have to drill a hole into the house and thread the line inside. Excellent value compared to the Arlo brand name solar panels. We're in the middle of Ontario winter where temperatures have been about -5C on average. No issues with charging. We do get enough sunny days.

Does not charge in temperatures below zero degrees Celsius
I purchased this for my cabin in winter months as I cannot make it up there as often as I'd like due to weather. The issue that I have experienced is that when the temperature registers zero degrees Celsius the solar panels cannot charge. My cabin is located 3 hours from Vancouver, Canada. Other than that the system is good and works well with Arlo.If you are looking to charge your Arlo batteries and you live in a relatively cold place then I would suggest swapping your batteries each time.
