There is no way this remote control cover actually has as many good HONEST reviews! It’s actually quite comical how poorly this cover actually works.Pros: it’s a silicone cover, arrived quickly, and it’s the correct color blue.Cons: this is very flimsy, it does NOT glow in the dark, it does NOT fit the Vizio XRT136 remote and covers part of the buttons, and I doubt seriously that this will do anything to actually protect my remote.Ultimately, this was a total flop and I would not suggest this product to anyone.

We have hardwood floors and the remote for our Viso seems to be dropped often. The original would hit the floor the back pop off and the batteries spill out. After some time the back wouldn't stay on and the button layer separated. Then it just quit working. I bought a new remote, then saw this protector. We have only had it a week and haven't dropped the remote once. I suppose that is because it is rubber so it kind of sticks to the couch and chair arms rather than slip off. Also it fully covers the unit in all the critical areas. I don't know how long it will last and am not sure how to clean it when it gets a bit dirty, probably under tap water once removed from the remote. All I can say is that it is a very good idea for us. It does what it is supposed to do.

This is great. Yes it glows in the dark. Our remote always gets buried somewhere in the bed covers etc or blends in on the furniture or falls on the wood floor and busts open.. I love this remote cover. It is thin but does the trick. I’m picky but I don’t have insane expectations on 10 dollar items. This is a perfect solution to remote nuisances.

Fits great and glows in the dark! I had an issue with the backing of this remote constantly coming off, and this cover keeps it together...

This was the best thing we could have bought!! It saves us from having to fin the remote, price was great and now if the little child drops the remote... the back does not pop off... why? Because it covers the whole thing! Best argument saver of where is the remote because it’s easy to find.

Just received these; I do not know why I never thought of getting protection on my remotes but these have already paid off in spades. My kids are sooooooo hard on remotes it is unreal. If they are note losing the remote backs they destroy them by dropping them on our hardwood floors. If that doesn’t do them in then the dogs think they are chew toys. These glow in the dark so my kids can find them and the silicone protects from the drop and no losing of the back of the remote! Not sure if the dogs can see these but regardless so far so good, and I highly recommend.

Fits like a glove on our Vizio XRT136 remote. The glow in the dark feature is cool, but of course only works after exposing to light. And for a limited amount of time. The material feels good in your hand and the pattern on the back helpful for slippage. There are many versions of this case, but I think this design is best; i.e. where a portion of the case goes over the toggle pad. This helps to secure the remote in the case. As opposed to the more streamline design that I've seen that just covers around the perimeter. My only recommendation is to wash the case with warm dish soap before using. It's a bit tacky out of the bag likely due to the manufacturing process. Enjoy.

I’ve had it for months and it hasn’t ripped, torn or stretched so durability is good. Fits the remote perfectly and snug. My factory remote had a rattle after the first drop and it got worse from there so when I bought a replacement I got this with it and no issues whatsoever and it’s been dropped plenty of times. Only down side is the glow in the dark aspect. It does indeed glow but only if it’s sat directly under a lamp for a few hours and then obviously only the side that was in direct light glows. Not great for finding a remote in a dark room but on occasion it’s helped. I try to leave it in direct light when not using it but only the “charged” side glows so if it’s flipped over you’re out of luck in that department.
