Customer Service and Satisfaction
After issues with delivery, once putting together my kids bikes, the axles are not sufficient. The axles do not exceed beyond the nuts, even when switching the thinner nuts to the outside. This has resulted in the front wheel to pop off, endangering my kids. I have asked a repair shop about replacing the axle, but this new style does not allow for replacing. I should not have to pay for that, even if it was possible. Please mail me a new front wheel with a much longer axle. I will switch the tire and mail this wheel back to you. I will update later.

These bikes are great!! Ordered two for my twins and they absolutely love them! Great quality also.

Bike is okay for the price
Bike was “okay” for the price.. Added a few parts to it to make it as comfortable for myself. Gears are too tough to change and bike makes some cracking sound occasionally as I ride. Besides that, it is an okay bike for the price.
