What can I say it keeps you informed
So let's talk about this little product I bought this to keep an eye on my Generac 2500 W generator and it does do that well after you program when your oil changes are due it does a good job of keeping track of your run time so I was glad that I bought this unit and I think you will be happy with it too if you use it in the manner it was designed to be used it will not be up or make noise that I know of but it will flash red when it is time to service your generator and that makes it worthwhile to me as always I hope this helps and have a great day

Great for any small engine like a snowblower or lawnmower.
Easy installation and very neat. Will last a lifetime great for snow blowers and lawnmowers or commercial equipment

A few little tweaks
The display can't withstand vibrations, so the battery will rattle causing it to misread. Make sure you stuff something in between the battery and back cover to prevent this. Also it's not very user friendly when it comes to setting time or changing functions.

Worth the money
Works great. Run on my old dirtbike, and pull it off to tune small engines when needed. Easy to setup and switch between different types of engines.

Different item than pictured, also defective
Item received was RL-HM058B which is not the item pictured here. It has a different display, with much smaller digits on the readout. I probably would have just kept it but the buttons barely worked. They would only respond to every third or fourth press. After button press, the back light stays on for about 1/4 of a second. Both of these issues made just setting the clock an ordeal. Returned.

I start up the bike and it auto turns on, keeps track of bikes runtime to the minute, works great so far. Even on my two stroke vibing away. Well worth it
