Excellent addition!
Ironically, I received Sukhis Chicken Tikka Masala frozen entree by mistake through another delivery service on Friday before I received this item (Tikka Masala Curry Paste 2.5 lbs) on Saturday. Let me assure you, it's the SAME taste! What Sukhis products have is the "homemade" taste which can't be easily replicated. The paste is everything you asked for, in my case, creating a homemade cooked meal without compromise in the taste that can be prepared in minimal time when you are tired or busy and can't or don't want to order take-out. When you cook the protein, you do not need to add anything to the chicken except the paste, water and the cream. I added a bit of sugar (monk fruit) to counterbalance the salt - but only because I added too much paste. The paste is so concentrated that you do not need to add a lot to your protein. You also do not have to add oil, as the paste has some oil in the mixture. Since I received a whole page and not the small packages, it a trial an error until you find the right amount of paste for your protein. However, either way, you won't need to add more than 1-2 tablespoons! In my case, my protein was two skinless, boneless chicken thighs that were cut into small bite pieces, 2 tablespoons of the paste (too much!), 3 cups of water, and less that 1/4 cup of heavy cream (maybe 3 tablespoons). Because I added too much paste, I had to increase the water and add some sugar, should I have stuck to 1 tablespoon or a little less of the paste, I would not have added anything else! My ingredients created for me two servings, which is more than I aimed for, I was aiming for 1 serving. I ate it with rice, but if you are going for low-carb, you can certainly do cauliflower rice and it would still be delicious! The meal took me less than 30 minutes from the minute I started cutting up the chicken - including washing the cutting board - till plating it with the rice. the actual cooking of the dish took around 15-20 minutes and that only because I wanted the sauce to thicken. This product delivers exactly what it was advertised for, I am providing this review without receiving any promotional incentive, I just loved it so much and it solved a problem for me that I had to share the love! And I am off to order other products from Sukhis line, I don't know but I expect it to be top notch too!!!

Excellent easy curry! Worth every penny!
I have made curry the hard way and now the easy way. You can literally spend hours grinding spices and then chopping onions, tomatoes etc. Just on a whim yesterday in order to try this paste (I bought 4 different ones) , I took some store bought roasted chicken and shredded it. I then took a few spoons of Sukhis Tikka Masala paste and cooked it a bit in the pan to bring out the flavour then added plain yogurt and a little tomato sauce and water and mixed it up. Then I just dumped the shredded chicken into the curry broth simmered it for 15 minutes and served with rice. It was fantastic!! Great butter chicken taste, spicy but not overpowering, and so quick to make. You could probably fry up some onions and tomatoes and add to it, however this was just great as it was. This package of paste is pretty big and will last a year for sure considering I have 3 other Sukhis curry pastes. Yes the title is mislabeled. Could you really expect 10 lbs of gourmet curry paste for $23.53? Have to shake my head at the reviewer that gave it just one star for that reason alone. Check the price of Curry at your local Indian restaurant and you will see what a bargain this product is.

Best vindaloo paste!
I've been using this paste for years and just ordered another one. We use it as a base and it's the closest thing that I've found to tasting like something from a real Indian restaurant. The smell is incredible and it has the best flavor of any vindaloo out there! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. I know what I'll be having for dinner tomorrow! :-)

Good amount but no other instructions
Not being familiar with how to make this dish, I was initially excited to make it fresh. However, the only I struction is how to mix up the entire 2.5lb bag. I want to make servings for 4-6 at a time. And there are no instructions. Sudkhi, you can do a much better job!!! Come on, you’re a mama?

Super tasty and easy chicken tikka masala
Super tasty and easy to use. My 10 yard old daughter requests that make this once a week. As I wrote above in an answer to a question, this big bag is much less expensive per oz. than the individual packets and allows me to use as little or more that I want depending on taste. I just put 3 spoonfuls in 1 or so cups of water (enough to cover the chicken) and chicken and simmer. When chicken is done, I add a little more paste for flavor and then whipping cream. It is a little spicy, but good! I also make it in the instant pot about the same but with less water (about 3/4 cup) and cook for 6 min and quick release. I also stored in fridge for 6 months in a ziplock bag.

Good, if you have room in the fridge
Unless you run a restaurant, in which case you can probably make your own curry paste, you’re going to have the makings for a lot of vindaloo on your hands. Like 20 pounds of vindaloo. This will probably keep in the fridge longer than they’ll tell you is prudent, which is what I’ve done. I used the directions to calculate weight of paste to meat/vegetables, and just use a kitchen scale to measure out 12.5% by weight of paste for whatever I’m cooking. Pretty authentic tasting, and you can make spicier if you require. Will likely order again in a couple of years ;)
