We have 3 dogs and my old camera is not working all the time so I decided to upgrade. Thought I’d try this model for value during the sale. And I’m glad I did! Aside from looking cute, the picture quality is great. Easy set up just like the manual said. It is also very responsive when I check in on them. Really gives me peace of mind when I’m out of the house, that they’re ok and not doing mischief (mic works great)..I highly recommend this pet camera if you haven’t purchased one before. Easy Peasy!

I bought this to have extra secuirty so watch my pets when Im not around and the wifi never could connect. I restarted, disconnected it what didn’t I do! I emailed the company and they told me to do what I already had done on my own. The number doesn’t even work no one answered to speak to in person then it gets disconnected. DO NOT ORDER!

I bought this before a trip since I needed to watch my cat. I had a pretty good experience using it. Camera turns smoothly and fast enough for me to follow my cat around remotely. The two-way communication was also great. My cat always looked at the camera when I went "psss". Although not youtube video quality, the video is good. I can see everything pretty clearly even when turning the camera around. Overall a pretty solid product. Definitely a good choice for pet camera.

On the box I received, it says support by Alexa but in actual it does not. So if you are buying for purpose of integrating it with Google or Amazon, stay away. For rest of the part, it seems to be of reasonable quality and worth the price.

Absolutely will not connect to WiFi. It always times out. It said try a shorter SSID or password so I literally changed my network name and password which caused me a headache changing the other 100 items in my house connected to WiFi and it still didn’t connect. I also tried an old router I had and a new router and it wouldn’t connect to either of those as well. I’m a pretty techy person and I’ve tried everything under the moon and no luck. I opened a ticket with their customer support and they sent me a response saying to try the exact same things the normal instructions say to try. Very disappointed.

It's easy to install it. It's motion dection to know when kids come home from school😄.Meanwhile it can move around to film the entire living room. I like it to sit on my candle support.

The setup process was easy, I was able to set it up in a couple of minutes. After setting up, the connection is stable, I didn’t encounter any connectivity issues.The picture quality is pretty good. I really like the 360 swivel feature. I was able to get a while glance of the room when I’m away.At this price point, this camera is pretty hard to beat. I would recommend it to others.
