Bright Side Of Life

This is a great album. Moonlight is currently my favorite song but there are many great, great tunes on here. The sound quality for this vinyl was surprisingly good and despite having the mp3 version of this album already, I really wanted to add this vinyl to my collection. Can't wait to see the band back on the road this summer WITH Stick Figure (another FANTASTIC BAND) and The Green (great group of dudes from Hawaii)!!! Peaceful vibes to you and yours this summer!

One of Rebelution's best albums!! Get it and change the world! This album is very politically and socially charged, be ready to immerse yourself in wanting to stand up and do something about violence, education and many other problems in the world!

Rebelution is one of those bands that just hits you. They have a ton of great songs. They write great music. Positive lyrics that can help you get through tough times. These guys are great. I bought all of their albums. I will be listening to them for a long time. If any of the band members read this, thank you for writing such great music and please keep it up! Also, please come to the New England area soon!

This is my first album from these guys. It is an okay album that will do just fine in a shuffled playlist however the songs are a little boring to listen to in order. Most all the songs sound very similar very little deviation from the sound of the previous track. The last two songs are a little preachy for me too, especially Wake Up Call. I understand the roots of reggae is protect music however those songs are not really protesting anything, they are more so just whining about middle class. They get on a business man about owning multiple cars, well let's see when they make it somewhat big what they buy! my guess they will have a pretty sweet tour bus and nice pads thus making hypocrites of themselves. There is plenty to complain and protest about, but not honest people making a decent living. Rebel against the system that crates disparity not the guy who worked his butt off to get a decent job with decent pay. Anyway other than my soap box there the album is pretty cool but not the best. It is relaxing but not very stimulating, nothing on the album really sticks out in my mind.

Side 1 works fine but side two sounds like it was recorded wrong. The sound seems like it’s underwater and not clear. Clearly defective product.Update: amazon is sending me a replacement. Updating to 5 stars!

I have enjoyed their other CDs and figured I'd buy this one also, but I haven't heard all of the CD yet. I have really like the songs I have heard though... They have a sound similar to Sublime, and how could that be a bad thing?!?!

This album is really solid, almost as good as their first in my opinion. The overall feeling of the music is upbeat and positive. I can see a "bright" future for these guys and can tell they will gain more fans over time. My favorite tracks were Suffering, Bump, Moonlight and Wake Up Call.
