I was skeptical about the one touch on/off, it is perfect so far. (3 months). Elegant, easy to use and easy to clean. I would buy again.

PROS: I had a previous model with their older touch-sensor technology and it was terrible (turned on by itself, ignored me, rapidly pulsed like it's sending Morse code). I decided to give Delta another chance. This model's touch-sensor works great! Good sensitivity but never comes on by itself. Sometimes, one quick tap can be missed, but if you aren't tapping really, really fast, it generally catches the touch, even through rubber dish gloves. MUCH happier. The new shielded spray feature has been handy, too.CONS: The escutcheon (face plate against the sink surface) is really thin metal. It doesn't provide a flat mirror-like reflection because it's not actually 100% flat. Also, when the handle fell off once (not a fan of their tiny, easily-stripped single-screw attachment for it), it fell a mere 2 inches and DENTED THE ESCUTCHEON! It now has a little pointy divot mark that shows because of the bent reflection! Cheap! Overall, it works fine, so just don't drop anything on it!

The media could not be loaded. Faucet was very easy to install. Love the Pex. Just remember, when reading instructions, (06/22/20 Rev. D) don't use the picture on page 3 as a quide. Figure B is misleading. Part #2 opening will face the side as shown on instruction cover page and escutcheon installation page 4. Love this faucet. Love the design. Enjoy 😉

Love it. The touch works really well. Very high quality construction. Regulates temperature well and provides varying levels of warm that other faucets I've owned simply don't provide--most strictly provide hot or cold with my water system. That said, there are some issues Major issue is that the pressure is way too low. My municipal water is at 60 lbs pressure which tends to break faucets that are not built well. This has a pressure regulator that delta requires you install. While it will likely extend product life it does take awayy the nice pressure blast that gets food off my plates.

Wow...you do not know what you are missing until you own one of these. It is one of those products that once you start using you can't think of going back to something else. We had this installed by a plumber so we can't speak on the install, but man, this thing is awesome to use. You touch it and it comes on. The light tells you the temp of the water. No more burning my hands after my wife uses the faucet! Of course, the retractable hose and spray setting are top-notch too. If you are debating between this one and another one with fewer options to save a little money just splurge and get this one. Would recommend.

Are used it for the kitchen sink and works very good, with exception that the water flow or pressure is a little low.

Had my plumber install it. It is my second one of these and although this one has a different design it is my favorite thing in my kitchen….Delta used to make one for the bathroom and I am on the hunt for that too.

Absolutely love this faucet. The design is very elegant but most importantly it works perfectly. All it takes is a simple touch to turn on or off.

This Delta faucet is attractive. It does, however, go through a lot of batteries that make the touch feature work. The design flaw, in our opinion, is that once the batteries are drained, the faucet does not work at all i.e. it’s not only the touch feature that stops working, but the faucet can’t be turned on manually either. So, no water until the batteries are replaced - which is a total pain to do. The description claims that the batteries last two years - we’ve found that it’s more like 5-6 months, this being for a two-adult household.
