You can consume it in water, but my preference is to add it into a chocolate health shake that makes it taste somewhat like a chocolate orange! It is a wonderful product. The pot is small but you will need just a bit.It’s perfect to mix with a smoothie or fruit juice.I found it quite strong to drink just with water.I recommend it!

I was a little reserved about trying this in a drink form, but as I knew the benefits I thought Id give it a go.I was pleasantly surprised, it dissolves very well in water. I prefer it mixed in 500ml of water rather than 250ml as its not as strong. Its convenient to just add a scoop into my 500ml bottle, shake it up and off I go to drink throughout my day. I would advise doing it over the sink to wash away any spillage.The flavour is good, nice orange flavour with a hint of the turmeric, I like it. I follow a Ketogenic diet and therefore was very pleased to see its a clean product sweetened only with Stevia and no nasty fillers etc.I will definitely purchase this again.

I have been taking the Love Life Curcumin 95 + Bioperine supplement for over four years now. Apart from the various other benefits, the anti-inflammatory effect is helpful for my arthritic thumbs. I was keen to try this as it contains 6 times as much curcumin in a serving as one of the capsules: 3 grams. For the trial, I stopped taking the capsules, just using the HydroCurc. If you’re not that keen on the taste of turmeric, it’s probably best to disperse it in a little water and swig it straight down. Personally I quite like the woody flavour of turmeric and the orange taste goes well with it. As others have mentioned, beware staining.Results...wow, this stuff is dynamite. Really good anti-inflammatory effect and hence lowering of pain. It’s quite expensive, however, I intend to try another pot and use half of a spoon a day to see if the effect is as good or similar. Alternatively, you could use it on those days when everything seems to be sore and achy, a common experience for those suffering with chronic pain/inflammation.UPDATE: As mentioned above, I have used my second pot with half the recommended dose a day and also the full dose on alternate days and have had great benefits both ways. If you’re a fan of curcumin, definitely worth giving this a try.
