Well I can attest that they definitely contain lipase. I've been taking them since 32 weeks pregnant and just gave birth last week. Im breastfeeding and my milk stinks to high hell! A simple google search revealed the cause of stinky milk is mother's systemic high lipase. My baby drinks it fine out of the "tap" but only time will tell if she'll drink the stuff from the fridge (stored milk stinks and tastes worse the longer it sits around and the lipase has time to work on it). Fingers crossed baby doesn't reject it.On a positive note, I tested positive for group B strep at 32 weeks and then after 4 weeks of somewhat regular use tested again at 36 weeks and GBS was negative.

I purchased this product because it was highly recommended by a friend but she purchased it from a doctor's office. Honestly, this product did not make any difference for me compared to another digestive supplement I took in the past. I am sort of disappointed because I expected a lot. The bottle did not have a stamp of authentication so I am inclined to think that it is not authentic. All I know is that it did not work for me - bottom line.

In my opinion these are the best digestive enzymes on the market. Being an athlete I eat a high card/protein diet and feel bloated and full when I’m on my high carb meals. I’ve tried other digestive products for carbohydrates and cooked meals but Core Health has the best results in my opinion. Not to mention the 15 strains of probiotics. Five stars all the way.

Really works at Breaking down food so you won’t be so sleepy after eating a meal. Especially if you’re a senior citizen! We all need Digestive Enzymes I have come to find out for myself! Good brand good product!

These work amazing when nothing else will! I take two a day. They jumped from $20 to $27 and now I'm not sure I will order again. Too much money.

I have ordered directly from Core Health and loved this product. For some reason I feel like the Amazon bottles were not as effective.

This is a great product. I have used it for quite sometime now and couldn't be without it. I have great digestion now and never experience heart burn.This is for everyone.
