Great machine
Bought for my 9 year old as he enjoys sewing, I know absolutely nothing about machines but this ticked all the boxes for him & is easy enough for him to use by himself

All great 👍🏻
The media could not be loaded. Mine came with pink thread in the bobbin and a practice fabric in the storage. I’m guessing they test the machine and stitches before sending, as others have had the same. I wanted a good value machine that can handle some heavy duty fabrics. This does just that, I sewed lots of patches on a denim jacket for my daughter. Just made sure I used a denim needle and had the right tension and it didn’t struggle at all, See video. I’m now half way through a memory blanket and it’s a dream to sew with. The needle threader is such a joy, I didn’t have one on my last machine. My previous machine was a brother and I much prefer this. I should also point out that in the reviews some of the reviewers are for the model up from this one. This does not do the numbers and lettering stitches. If that’s something you’ll use buy the model up. But I would definitely recommend this a brilliant all rounder, there’s some really handy videos on YouTube for instructions on how to use. 👍🏻

Excellent machine
Completely new to a sowing machine but wanted to learn embroidery and textile art - this machine is perfect - not over expensive but great to use along with 40 embroidery stitch’s . I do struggle with the bobbin being a side fit it’s very fiddly but I guess I’m inexperienced- well recommend this machine …

Good value.
Had this some few weeks now to replace my John Lewis machine. I am not a professional but use it to make a few clothes and household items and for repairs. Overall it works very well. I have problems with the bobbin position though and find it very irritating and quite difficult to remove the sewing bed to access the bobbin. I'm always a bit worried the plastic locators will break off as it takes quite a bit of tugging to remove it. My previous machine just had a drop in bobbin which was really easily accessed. The selection of embroidery stitches is varied and simple to use but being a casual user I could do with a suggestion for optimum settings as my previous machine had. Obviously it's trial and error but I am impatient. It's fairly lightweight and easy to move around. A proper case would be nice but for now I am using the dust cover provided. Overall I am happy with my purchase and it's certainly very good value for money.

I love this sewing machine
I've only just started sewing so didn't have a clue how anything worked. It is so quiet and easy to use. I love the speed control. I started off on the slowest and gradually getting my speed up.

Before this purchase, I'd never used a sewing machine before. EVER, and that is the truth.
The media could not be loaded. There are a 5 items I have that need altering. Curtains, shower curtain and trousers. All need shortening and begrudge having to pay nigh on 60 quid for alterations. So, I bought this machine. It's epic. Any faults are mine as a novice. . Eg took me ages to work out....I'd forgotten to push the needle peddle leaver down. You've never heard swearing like it, until I realised MY error. I've done a straight stitch and now the overcast stitch. Number 6. I have no idea when I'd use half the 57 programme stitches but I'm gonna have fun finding out. A good tip for the sewing machine virgins like me. YouTube is ESSENTIAL. There is a ton of excellent videos. Also, even although the English translation of instructions are not the worst I've read, do take your time as they are actually very helpful. Now if someone can help me as I've sewn my hand to the table and I'll be on my way.Great bit of kit. Very happy. Do it.Any questions? Please get in touch.
