Good quality & low price. Instruction is easy to follow. I was able to clear the kitchen drain & gain good water flow within 30 minutes. Do not jam the auger in all at once, that will bend the metal wire. Push the wire until it reaches resistance, lock the front & turn the auger to move around the pipe. Unlock & push more in. Do that until the entire length is used & the water flow will increase.

This drain snake works well and has saved me plenty on hitting a plumber for clogged drains. That being said, the coil is very prone to getting kinks and bends that completely ruin the functionality of this device. The kinks are very hard to try to straighten(and easily re bend), and you can't use the snake at the bend points, meaning you'll have to throw it out and buy a new one. I'm on my 2nd one, as each new purchase only gets a few uses. Yes it's cheaper than a plumber, but very wasteful.

Bought this item because of a clog in my shower drain. It took me a few minuets to figure it out but ended up being super easy to use. I had a clog that let no water drain from my shower for two days. i used this drain clog remover easily by popping off the top drain to my shower inserting the auger until it reached the P trap then i turned the auger until it navigated the P-Trap. within 3 minuets my shower drained and the clog was cleared. This auger worked great.

Very easy to use and saved me a lot of time. My sink was clogged and with using this product, it took me only about 20 minutes to unclog the sink. The wire was very durable and the product itself has a very clean design. Definitely recommend to others.
