i have this faucet now since 4 years and had no problems with it at all. heavy quality, looks great and never ever leaked anywhere. i clean it once a week completely and it looks like new. very happy, getting ready to get another one.

This was packaged well, with good instructions. The final product is way better than other faucets in this price range. This will make it hard to shop at the local box stores. Works exactly as described and looks nice in terms of design and quality.

This faucet gives an upscale look to a en-suite bathroom. For mine I have it over a vessel sink and it feels like a quality faucet.

Installation was mostly ok but we have a very tight under-sink space which led to some trouble fitting the threaded collar into place. The water connections are too wide for the collar to just slide over them; It needs to be twisted and fiddled around. We had to manipulate it into place by feel which was not ideal.We like the functionality and the look of this unit. It's a great upgrade over our prior faucet. We selected this model to allow hands-free face washing in the sink. If the faucet is just turned straight up the water runs back along the top, out of the sink and makes a mess. As long as the faucet is extended so it hangs down a bit the water goes forward into the sink and that works for us.The water output was a bit higher than we liked, but we just swapped in the aerator from our previous faucet and that worked great.Our biggest complaint is that this faucet imparts a funny flavor to our water. It's an acrid chemical taste sort of like how a dentist's office smells. We're hoping this will abate with use but we're hesitant to drink it until it does.

The media could not be loaded.  Love love love!! So easy to set up and install. Have had no issues so far. So helpful for filling up mop buckets and watering cans. So perfect!!

This thing was easy to install, has excellent quality, it's durable, the water pressure is great, no leaks, but being able to pull the head out is a game changer when cleaning

I got this for my wife’s sink the one I replaced was 12 years old and it fell apart, I like this one for the fact that it has a pull out hose so she can wash here hair in the sink.It is very good looking plus well built. Recommend

This is a beautiful, good quality & sturdy faucet. We also have it in black. It’s well made. The water stream/water pressure isn’t that powerful though. The spray feature is why we bought it to to clean up after the kids after they brush their teeth. It does the job. Wish it had a little more water pressure though. We did end up returning the “gold” one as it’s more of a champagne color (lighter than gold gold) not a true golden gold and the one we got had a very slight dent in it. Its still a very beautiful color, especially if you’re going for a very muted light “gold champagne,” It’s fingerprint resistant which is also nice. If it were an actual gold, we probably would’ve just ordered another one. Also PS, no one tells you the type of drain you need for this is not the standard p-trap design. You can only use a pop-up drain with single head sprayers. I would suggest getting the one made exactly for this Kaiying faucet since it’s a very specific color of champagne.

I really like the flexibility of the design of the faucet. Sometimes, I need it to extend beyond the typical scope of a traditional faucet.It works perfectly.

Gran calidad en su material y diseño. Estoy gratamente sorprendida, permite un flujo controlado de agua. El color es negro mate con pequeños detalles niquelados. Me encanta el hecho de que tenga una manguera retráctil, permitiendo usarla a distancia. En lo particular me ayuda mucho para bañar a mis perritos.Es una compra acertada tanto en diseño y practicidad. Excelente producto! Viene con todos sus aditamentos para una fácil instalación.

Super ürün

This tap looks lovely and goes with my bathroom suite just as I expected, but the main reason I spent more to buy this particular tap is I have a small dog that needs bathing regularly and a bad back, so I thought this would be perfect for doggy bath times, but unfortunately it reduces the water pressure compared to my previous tap, there's no way I can rinse shampoo using it, I'm gutted because I thought it was a fantastic idea and I was so excited that it would make bath times less painful than doing it in the shower.

Einwandfrei verpackt, schnell geliefert und macht was er soll zum vernünftigen Preis ! Mal abwarten wie lange er hält … macht aber einen guten Eindruck !
