I am mobility disables but find this mop easy to assemble, lightweight to use and the mop head is very robust enough to clean the floor easily with very few strokes. It's absorbent but the material doesn't retain the soil once placed in water for a brief period. Easy to assemble even though the instructions were nearly illegible.

I decided to buy a mop online only because too many things to handle after move, and it turned out to be a terrible mistake.First of all, it took me a while to finally figure out how to wring the mop. Then it was at least usable not so heavy anymore after wringing all the water out. Another problem occurred was that the handle rusts badly, and some coin size rust dropped out a few times, gross. Today, after using once a week for three months, the handle broke from the middle. Now finally the mop is dead and I almost felt relieved after being traumatized by it for 3 months.I reached to Amazon.com and found out no vendor contact information at all, and amazon.com customer service gave me a China number to call for support. I need to retire first and be bored to death to bother to call China for a mop. There are still two reusable heads that came with the mop set in my home, like a joke.Amazon.com should not sell products of poor quality like this, and it is even worse without proper customer support. This is bad for Amazon's reputation.

It's easy to use but the gray scrub part at the bottom fell off after the first use. Mops ok over all so far. The top half broke off and there was just no saving it. Plastic was cheap feel and it didn't brake at any of the connected places. 😕

I loved that I can twist it clean when I’m done and it does a superb job! Second, I like that there is a back up refill head for when it gets too bad to keep. I’m pretty finicky about my floors. I have the shark steam mom, but feel it leaves my hardwood floors dull. I’m happy to have both in my home for sanitation and gleaming floors!

I mop is great l loved it, it cleaned good but every time I rinsed it and tried to whing it out it was very hard to turn to twist the mop upI have arthritis in both hands so it was hard for me.

I had been looking for ways to avoid myself climbing up against the wall to clean the glasses at home, and finally I found this to be the solution! This is awesome with the length of the stick that allowed me to climb up not too high to endanger myself. However, for those of you who think of using this for cleaning floors, I found this to be a little inconvient because of that nob in the center of the cloth, it may end up straching the floor or tile. Anyway, it is a great product for cleanning, and the ability of twisting out the water is just brilliant!

I loved my other twist mop, but I couldn't find a replacement head so I ordered this one. The handle screws together very easily, but is rather flimsy. There is just no strength for bearing down when you want to really scrub your floor. That is the most important aspect for me. The mop heads are okay, but my previous one was much fluffier and came out almost like new with each wash. These are not a thick, but I do like the scrubber on the end.

This mop works well. It was pretty easy to assemble the pieces. I used this mop for my wood floor so I do not need that much water. I was able to twist as much water out of the mop without getting my hands dirty, and having the floor get unnecessarily wet. Plus, you can just put the mop in the washing machine to get washed.
